My Weekend at Nickel City Comic Con: Fall Edition 2025
This past weekend, I had the chance to be part of Nickel City Comic Con: Fall Edition here in Buffalo, NY, and what an incredible experience it was! This was my second time ever selling my art at Nickel City Comic Con, and I’m still buzzing from how amazing the weekend turned out.

The energy at the event was electric from the moment it opened. I met so many wonderful people, fellow artists, collectors, fans, and new faces discovering my work for the first time. It always means so much to share my art with this community and see people connect with it in their own way.
This show was also a personal milestone for me: it was my largest booth setup yet, with two full tables and all of my original paintings on display alongside my drippy skull prints, stickers, and coloring books. Seeing it all come together in one space was surreal, and I’m thrilled to say the weekend ended up being a huge success for my art brand.

One of the highlights of the weekend was meeting Tiago Palma, a Brazilian comic illustrator for Marvel. He stopped by my booth, checked out my art, and we got to chat for a bit, such an inspiring and down-to-earth person. Moments like that remind me how special these conventions are for connecting with other creatives who share the same passion for art.

Between the amazing conversations, the positive feedback, and the overall vibe of the weekend, Nickel City Comic Con: Fall Edition reminded me why I love doing events like this so much. The sense of community, creativity, and support is unmatched, and I’m already looking forward to the next one.
Until then, thank you to everyone who stopped by, picked up a print, coloring book, skateboard, or sticker, or just came to say hello. You made the weekend unforgettable!
